Order Entry -Orders can be entered on online with a USA bill to & ship to credit card (AMEX, VISA, Master Card). -Contact us if you would like to apply for net 30 day terms. -Purchase orders can be faxed to (678)445-9993 or emailed to sales@instrumentsdirect.com -International orders – contact us for a quotation and terms. -Delivery: Stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Non- stocked items ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Contact us for delivery on special items.
Rental -Online rental orders are limited to (1) flowmetering system and typically ship within 24 hrs. Contact us if you have a quantity renal order or need a guaranteed ship date. the same day if your order is entered before Noon (EST). -Rental orders are limited to the USA. -All rental orders are by credit card unless approved for net 30 day terms. -Free phone training and support is available for all rental meters. Call us at 1(888)722-5543 or email support@instrumentsdirect.com -Return your rental equipment prepaid and insured back to our facility. -All rental order are shipped UPS RED with a M-F delivery. Contact us if you need to use another carrier, would like to charge the freight to you own freight account -You must select UPS RED as the shipping method for all RENTAL orders.
